Ancient myths tell stories of time travel, of mystic travelers who visited their ancestors or of sleepers who awoke in a different age. The modern Time Machine appears in the stories of H. G. Wells a century ago. It was the era of Edison, Bell, and Marconi who were electrifying imaginations. Now Time Machines take many forms: DeLaurens, Police Call Boxes and Hot Tubs.
Join a group in constructing a model you could get into: a Tardis, a Wayback Machine or a Time Mirror.
Construct your own model of H.G Wells's Time Machine out of brass clocks parts, flashing LEDs and imagination.
Then construct cigar box sized scenes from the past or future. We will take turns passing through the time portals and guessing the story of the scenes that everyone has created
